We ask that you show up on time for your appointment, We know that life isn’t always a straight and narrow road so we allow a 10 minute grace period, Anything after the 10 minute grace period WILL CONDUCT IN A 10 DOLLAR LATE FEE.
Anything after 20 minutes will cause your appointment to be CANCELED <3
If needed to reschedule your appointment please let us know within 72 hour and DEPOSIT WILL BE TRANSFERRED into your next appointment <3
Cancellation’s within 24 hours / Same day will result in a 25% CHARGE OF YOUR FULL SERVICE this will apply to no show’s as well <3
